After spending several hours at another dealership trying to buy a truck we went to First Team and was immediately approached by Kevin Johnson. We ended up test driving a 2013 Nissan Titan that we really liked. The cost was a little more than we thought we wanted to spend, so Kevin offered us a deal we couldn't refuse on a brand new 2012 Nissan Titan with all the features we wanted and some more. We were the last customers on the lot but we had a whole team staying past quitting time to make sure we were happy with all aspects of the deal. Thanks Kevin and Mel for our new truck! We love it!

We went after work, arriving around 6. We got out of there at 10 pm! No one rushed us, even at such a late hour. We'd recommend Mel & First Team to anyone, and have already...only 2 days later! The price was where Consumer Reports said it should be, and lower than competition in a nearby city. All in all, we are happy.

First Team Nissan beat other dealers prices by 2-3K for the same vehicles. Blake Peters provided excellent customer service and made sure we found the vehicle that we wanted. Many salesmen try to sell you the vehicle that they want to sell which was not the case with Blake. We had been considering buying for over a year and had visited many dealerships (in the new river valley and roanoke). We were so impressed with the customer service, prices, and reputation of Fisrt Team we knew we would buy here after the first visit. The others that we encountered at First Team during our purchase (finance reps, VP, and other salespeople) were equally as nice and committed to excellent customer satistfaction.

I have been leasing and buying vehicles from First Team for twenty years now. My new Murano is a great vehicle, and we plan to purchase it at the end of this lease to replace our 2004 Murano that we leased in 2004 for my leased vehicle. It is a great vehicle and only has a little over 70,000 miles on it. My wife drives it,and will enjoy the 2013 Murano in a few years. I can not say enough about how well your staff treated me when I began the process of leasing this Murano. Mike McNeely did an outstanding job getting things done for me with all the logistics. Mike has been my sales associate for years, and I appreciate his professionalism and recommend him all the time. Mike Muncey and Renee were so helpful in the process as well. I am thankful to David Dillion for looking at the lease when I shared with him my concerns about the payment. He went right to work and made the figures work for me and I appreciate his personal help. It is a pleasure doing business with First Team, and I plan to continue to do so for my future vehicle needs.

no secret, its not usually, well never, a pleasant experience to purchase a car...(sorry guys) but......this time was different, we were greeted by Blake outside,and it was super cold, he was very friendly, non vulture like, and we told him up front our credit was BADDDDDD! so before we looked at cars, and got all warm and fuzzy over them, we needed to run our app and credit to see what we could even get approved for. He was very professional and said no problem, lets go do that. So during the whole credit app he was not pushy he was looking to help us. we found a couple cars in our budget and test drove one. came back in andran the app took maybe 20 min at most he came back said you are approved for that vehicle, and then we just waited for manager to get paperwork together and sign. we got there at 4:30pm ish and we left by 8pm. Amazing! we will definately be going back to them in future once credit rebuilt to help him out with a slightly more costly vehicle :) Thank you again so much..

My wife and I could not have had two better people to work with on the purchase of our New 2013 Altima SL. They made the purchase more our choice, base on the info given to us. I brought in my Nissan Frontier in for its first oil change plus a several warranty items. I was greeted by Sammy as soon as I drove in and was able to quickly explain my warranty issues and out the door I went. My vehicle back right passenger side would not lock into place and I also had an awful squeak when passengers were in the back seat. (BTW the form sheet to explain the "noise issue" is very helpful) When I returned to pick up my vehicle I was once again greeted by Sammy where he explained exactly with the service techs did to resolve my latch issue and the noise issue. As far as the oil change I believe the cost is in line with the quick lubes and other oil change companies. Additionally, a check sheet was provided that detailed all other items reviewed on my vehicle. Overall a very good experience! Thank you, PE
